App vs. browser on yoshi
The native yoshi Android app offers offline market data caching (so you can browse upcoming Liga 1 and Piala AFF fixtures even without a data connection), push notifications for settlement updates and weekly cashback reminders, faster load times for live-dealer feeds, and streamlined navigation. Our iOS users access yoshi via Safari or Chrome browser, which updates automatically and requires no installation; browser access works equally well on iPhone and iPad. The web app is responsive and works on any device with a modern browser. Choose the app if you want offline caching and instant notifications; choose the browser if you prefer not to download or want cross-device sync without re-login.
Common installation issues and fixes on yoshi
If yoshi APK installation fails, check that you have enabled Unknown Sources (Settings > Security). If Android complains about a certificate or signature, re-download the APK from yoshi.best and try again; do not install from untrusted third-party sites. If the yoshi app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > yoshi > Storage > Clear Cache), restart your device, and reinstall. If you see a "Parse error" message during installation, your device's storage may be full; free up space and retry. For iOS browser users, clear Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), close all tabs, and reload yoshi.best. If performance is slow, check your internet connection and close other apps running in the background.
Data, permissions, and account security on yoshi
The yoshi app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo verification), microphone (for support calls if needed), contacts (optional, for referral invites), and location (to enforce jurisdiction restrictions). We do not share these permissions with third parties. All data sent to yoshi servers is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. We store your encrypted password locally on your device; we never transmit it in plain text. Two-factor authentication via SMS adds a second layer of security; enable it in your Account > Security settings. If you use a public or shared device, always log out after your session. If you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately via the Help menu, and we will invalidate all other active sessions within minutes. Your withdrawal requests are reviewed by our compliance team before processing, so any unusual activity is flagged and investigated.
